I don't think most ppl know if you buy D-Link and Netgear networking products you can call them for tech support!!!

Try to get the RMA number from their technician so that your faulty items will get replaced or refund from the re-seller quicker.

For D-LINK:
You can find some information on www.dlink.com.au
D-Link Technical Support hours are 8am to 8pm (AUS EDT) Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday. You can be reached by telephone at 1300 766 868 (Australia), by e-mail at support@dlink.com.au .

For Netgear:
You can ring their 24/7 support number 1800-787-638

Yeah the support centre call are pretty helpful, i had a problem myself with the modem and i called the netgear support and they guide me through my setup and i had my internet connected straight away and it saved me time to go back to the shop i purchase from. Give it a go!

I would not recommend d-links routhers they over heat quickly nettcomm would be a better to go
